Emery Custom Builds is a custom van conversion and cargo trailer build shop based in Costa Mesa, California. We design and build rigs for people who want something built specifically for their lifestyle — not a cookie-cutter conversion pulled off a lot.
We work on Mercedes Sprinters, RAM ProMasters, Ford Transits, and cargo trailers. Every build starts with a conversation about how you plan to use the vehicle — weekends at the beach, full-time travel, overlanding, remote work, or something in between. From there, we design the layout, spec the systems, and build it in our shop.
We're transparent about pricing, honest about timelines, and we keep you in the loop throughout the build. Every system — electrical, plumbing, climate, interior — gets tested before handoff. Nothing leaves the shop without passing.
Our shop is in Costa Mesa, and we work with clients across Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Inland Empire. If you want to visit during your build, the door is open.
